Low-frequency vibration (LFV) has been reported to accelerate wound healing in diabetic foot ulcers, yet its mechanisms remain unclear. In 3T3-L1 adipocytes, we show that LFV activates the mechanosensor Piezo1, triggering Ca²⁺ influx, GLUT4 translocation to the plasma membrane, and enhanced glucose uptake. These effects are significantly attenuated by Piezo1 inhibition, indicating that Piezo1 is a key mediator of LFV-induced glucose uptake.
