New Web-Based System for Recording Public Health Nursing Practices and Determining Best Practices: Protocol of an Exploratory Sequential Design

Public health nurses (PHNs) provide individual care and community-based activities while developing projects. Due to lagging digitalization, these practices did not link with each staff member’s performance and competencies. To improve the management of supervisory PHNs and the quality of care, we published a study protocol regarding developing a new electronic data management system that would suggest the best practices of PHNs.
