This study investigated the feasibility of self-performed ultrasound (US) as biofeedback for pelvic floor muscle training (PFMT), a conservative treatment for urinary incontinence. A non-invasive hand-held US device was utilized, and an e-learning program was developed for women aged 40 and older to support PFMT biofeedback. As a result of participating in the e-learning program, 81.8% of the 11 participants (mean age 56.2 years) successfully recorded bladder ultrasound videos on their own.
