On December 12, 2024, Prof. Younhee Kang, Dean of the School of Nursing at EWHA Womans University, South Korea, visited the Global Nursing Research Center (GNRC) at the University of Tokyo. During her visit, Prof. Kang delivered an engaging presentation about EWHA Womans University, its School of Nursing, and the research activities undertaken by its faculty members and researchers. The visit also included an orientation session hosted by GNRC, where Prof. Kang was introduced to the University of Tokyo, its nursing departments, the GNRC, and the University of Tokyo Living Lab. She was also given a guided tour of the GNRC’s laboratories and the University of Tokyo Hospital, allowing her to explore the advanced research initiatives and clinical care practices at these facilities. The visit served as an excellent opportunity to discuss potential areas for collaboration and mutual interest between both universities.
